Registration fees
Normal registration (incl. VAT):
Until April 20, 2025.
- (Postgraduate) students: €180,-
- Established researchers (incl. Postdoc): €300,-
- Industry: €1200,-
- INARC member – €75,- *
Late registration (incl. VAT):
Starts on April 21, 2025. Registration closes on May 28, at 18:00 hrs (CEST).
- (Postgraduate) students: €280,-
- Established researchers (incl. Postdoc): €400,-
- Industry: €1400,-
- INARC member – €100,-*
* Please note that the discounted INARC registration fee is contingent on attending the INARC workshop on June 3rd. Registrants who do not attend the workshop may be required to pay the full ENCALS registration fee.
Free PhD registration
Each ENCALS centre is entitled to one free registration for a PhD-student. To acquire this free registration you have to get permission from the head of your centre and email this to info@encals.eu with the following information:
- First- and lastname of the PhD-student
- Email of the PhD-student
- Affiliation
- Possible dietary requirements
The same registration deadline for the regular registration applies for the free PhD registration.
Registration includes:
- Participation at all ENCALS lectures and poster sessions
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- ENCALS gala dinner on Thursday June 5, 2025. This dinner is sponsored by ENCALS.
Cancellation
Written cancellation received within February 28, 2025: 50% of the fee will be reimbursed. Cancellations received from March 1, 2025, and on: no reimbursements are given.
