The ALS Unit at Hospital 12 de Octubre in Madrid, is one of the 4 ALS Units in the capital distric of Spain, and the only one in the Country which include a research laboratory. Our principal aims are to deepen into the genomics of the ALS spanish population, to discover new prognostic and diagnostic biomarkers, and to develop preclinical and clinical assays.
