Our ALS Unit attends 150 patients/year, being the reference Unit for ALS in the Valencian region (5.000.000 inhabitants). Our ALS research group is part of the research group on neuromuscular diseases and ataxias and is integrated in the spanish rare diseases network (CIBERER). Our main research interests are the genetic characterization of our patient cohort and the search of neuroimaging biomarkers.
